We are not PERFECT!
We are simply family. And, like most families, we are all trying to work through life’s problems. We all are need of God’s great grace. For that reason, we are not here to judge you, we are just glad see you! There is no need to worry about fitting in. We are all different. And, just like all families, we are diverse. Fitting in then is not an issue!
We are not very RELIGIOUS
There are a lot of people who have been let down by religion. Religious structures and systems can be quite confusing, overly complicated, and have very little practical application to real life. Instead, we believe each person should have personal and authentic relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. You may feel new to it all when you first visit and that is okay! Our church is filled with people who will help you settle in.
We speak plain ENGLISH
Our focus is to simply worship God, study God’s Word, and encourage each other to follow God’s instructions. We strive to make all of our teaching and preaching plain and simple. We believe and teach exactly what the Bible says and why it matters! Practical application of God’s Word to each area of our lives is always the goal at Calvary Baptist.

Here at Calvary Baptist, we are just regular, friendly people! Many of us are hard working people just like you. And, just like you, we desire a church that provides God’s answers to life’s problems. A church that encourages us through life’s ups and downs. A church that is full of good friends who have the same faith in Christ as we do.
SERVICES
Our main worship services are Sundays at 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Each Sunday service is filled with inspirational songs along with timely and practical Bible messages.

Through the heart-warming, conservative music and the clear, Bible teaching and preaching in our services, your heart will be inspired to love and to respond to God. Each week, families are strengthened, encouraged, and drawn closer to Him through these special times together. Each service is carefully planned and prayed over so that God may work in your life!

How Do I Get There?
What Happens When I Arrive?
As you approach Calvary Baptist Church you will see signs along the way that will direct you to our Visitor Center located in our Family Life Center. At the Visitor Center, you will be greeted by some friendly people who will point the way to our worship service or to our children’s classrooms if you have children. Additionally, there are other greeters throughout our facilities that will answer any questions or even help you find a seat.
As you wait for the service to begin, please feel free to enjoy the music, watch the main screen for upcoming events, and take time to complete the information on our Visitor Connection Card. You may turn in the card to our ushers and/or pastoral staff anytime at the end of the service.
What Is The Service Like?
Our desire to for you to enjoy a meaningful, but stress free worship experience. Each service is about 60 minutes long. During the first 15 minutes of the service, we invite you to join us in singing hymns and spiritual songs. The service opens with our choir singing a special number and then followed by our congregational leader leading in a hymn. All congregational songs are displayed on the main screen making it easy for everyone to read and participate. After prayer, we sing another hymn and then announcements. We then enjoy a special song by one of our soloists or singing groups. That is immediately followed by a message by our Pastor who preaches and teaches timely messages from God’s Word that is practical to our everyday living. Messages usually last about 30-40 minutes in length.
In addition to our worship services, we also offer Adult Discipleship groups each Sunday at 9:45 AM. These groups are designed to take you further in the Word of God. These groups are divided into Basic Discipleship, Intermediate Discipleship, and Advanced Discipleship. The Adult Discipleship groups are conducted in smaller group settings and are a wonderful way to CONNECT with others who have the same desire to grow closer in the relationship with Christ. Each Adult Discipleship Group is specifically designed for intense Bible study that will in a very practical way help you grow spiritually.
CHILDREN
Where do I take my children?
Starting with our wonderful nursery, we have something for every age. During each service as well as our Adult Discipleship Groups, there is a safe and clean nursery for children age four and under. For children age 5 and older there are fun, friendly, and Bible centered classes located in our Family Life Center. Each class is staffed with trained, friendly, and well-qualified teaches and assistants who will make church exciting and memorable for your children. All of our Children’s Ministry staff are certified and background checked through Protect My Ministry.
Our Visitor Center greeters and hosts will help you find our nursery, the appropriate children’s classroom, and services for every person in your family. We have greeters and ushers located around the entire campus who gladly help direct you and even escort you to the right place.

How Should I Dress?
We welcome each person as they are. Our main goal is to make you feel welcome and comfortable as you visit Calvary Baptist Church.
Am I Expected to Participate in the Offering?
No. We simply desire that you come and worship the Lord with us. Our service is a gift to you. Our desire is that you will find a warm family spirit, truth from God’s Word, and a place where you can grow spiritually in the Lord. Please do not feel that you have an obligation to participate in the offering as a guest.
