How can I be involved?

We are glad you asked! There are a number of ways to be involved in our church. Our goal is to have everyone going, growing, and serving. We hope that you will make that you goal as well and choose be involved in each of those ministry opportunities.

GROW Outreach

GROW outreach runs through out the regular school year each year. It begins in the fall and ends in the spring. GROW stands for God Rewards Our Work. It is divided into four outreach teams. Each team meets one designated night each month to write letters, make phone calls, and visit potential prospects. It is a wonderful way to get involved in reaching our community for Christ. If you would like more information or would like to sign up for a team, please contact the church office here.

Faith Promise Missions

Part of going is making sure we are doing our part in reaching the entire world. Our Faith Promise Mission program helps us do just that. We currently support over 50 missionaries around the world. We encourage everyone to be involved each year with our annual Mission’s Emphasis. Throughout the whole month of October, it is Mission’s Month here at Calvary Baptist Church. During that time, we have special missionary guests in each of our Sunday services. They are blessing as they challenge us about missions and share with us through video presentations their burden for their country. At the end of the month, we have an International Banquet sampling foods from around the world. Faith Promise Missions is a great way for the entire family to be involved.
