Christ said in Mark 9:37 that “Whosoever shall receive one of such children in my name, receiveth  me: and whosoever shall receive me, receiveth not me, but him that sent me.”  We love children at Calvary Baptist Church. Our desire is to help them know Christ at an early age. We take our responsibility seriously and work hard to give each child a safe and friendly environment. We have a wonderful nursery and pre-school area designed for both babies and nursing mothers. For a our preschoolers, we have Bible lessons that are easy to understand along with fun crafts.  Here are few  informational faqs about our nursery and preschool ministry…

 

Our nursery is located on the lower lever of our main church building directly underneath our sanctuary. It is easily accessible from the main entrance as well as the sanctuary itself.

 

Each child is assigned a pager number. There are pager number sign boards at the front of the sanctuary. If you are needed, the number assigned to you will appear on the sign.

 

Yes. In fact, we conduct background checks on every volunteer who works or assists in any of our children ministries.
